The NASABA Foundation is now accepting grant applications for the 2012-2013 grant cycle from community based organizations working in areas that benefit the South Asian community.

 The Foundation is seeking applications from organizations seeking funding for projects targeting the South Asian community in any of the following areas:

(1) Domestic Violence, (2) Immigration Rights, (3) Hate Crimes, Discrimination & Racial Profiling and (4) Community Access to Justice.

 The grant award will range from $1000 to $2500 for selected organizations in one of the above areas.


Interested organizations should submit an application using the NASABA Foundation Grant Application available on the Foundation website. The application deadline is May 7, 2012.

Please return an electronic copy of your application with all attachments to Anil Mujumdar, president NASABA Foundation at, with a copy to Ben Kuruvilla, Vice-President, NASABA Foundation at by May 7, 2012.
